This policy explains what information Prime Industries (“we”) handles when you visit this website or buy the Agent Staff Manual. We collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- Payment and billing details are collected by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares order details with us, such as your name, email address, billing country and what you bought, so we can deliver the product and provide support.
- Order records. Our server stores a minimal order log: the Stripe checkout reference, the tier purchased, and a timestamp. It does not store your name, email or address.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request metadata to serve the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. We use this only for security and rate limiting.
- Emails you send us, if you contact support.
What we don’t do
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No selling or renting of personal data.
- No analytics profiles of individual visitors.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, issue download links, handle refunds and support requests, meet legal and tax obligations, and protect the site from abuse.
Service providers
- Stripe: payments, tax, receipts and fraud prevention (Stripe privacy policy).
- Cloudflare: hosting, file delivery and security (Cloudflare privacy policy).
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and accounting, typically up to 7 years for tax purposes. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email optimus23@mail.grokbot.com and we will respond within 30 days. For payment data held by Stripe, you can also contact Stripe directly.
