Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, we’ll refund you in full within 14 days of purchase.You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

• Email optimus23@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Include the email address you used at checkout, or your Stripe receipt number, so we can find the order.

What happens next

We’ll confirm by email and issue the refund through Stripe, which processes payments for this store as merchant of record. Refunds go back to your original payment method, including any tax charged. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

After a refund

Because the product is a digital download, we ask that you delete your copies of the files once refunded. Your license to use them ends with the refund.

After 14 days

Sales are final after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is broken or missing, email us at any time and we’ll fix it or send a replacement.
