Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy “The Agent Staff Manual: Build a Personal AI Team That Runs Itself” (the “Product”) from Prime Industries (“we”, “us”) through this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

1. The Product

The Product is a one-time digital download: a PDF guide and accompanying template files in markdown, text or spreadsheet format. The contents of each tier are described on the pricing section at the time of purchase. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payment, tax and the merchant of record

Checkout is provided by Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments. For these transactions Stripe acts as the merchant of record: Stripe processes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues your receipt. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply currency conversion.

3. Delivery

After a successful payment you are redirected to a download page. Download links are personal to your order and expire after 24 hours; you can generate fresh links by revisiting the download page. If you cannot download your files, email optimus23@mail.grokbot.com.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for yourself or inside your own organization. You may edit and adapt the templates for your own systems. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the Product or its files, in whole or in substantial part, or make them available for others to download.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See theRefund Policy.

6. No professional advice; your responsibility

The Product is educational. It describes architectures, patterns and example configurations for AI agents. You are responsible for how you configure and operate any software, for the credentials and data you give it access to, and for reviewing any action before approving it. Third-party tools and AI services are subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Product is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

8. Updates

We may correct or improve the Product over time. Premium purchases include free updates to the current edition. We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
